Welcome to UpLifted Wellness Co!
We’re Kayla and Montana, certified personal trainers with over 10 years of combined experience. Our journey began in Denver, where we trained together and formed a strong bond. Since then, we’ve moved around a bit, leaving behind our hardworking and badass female clients in each state. Missing the connections we had made with our clients and each other, we decided to unite our passions and co-found UpLifted Wellness Co.
Our mission is to create an online community where women can strive to become the healthiest and most confident versions of themselves. Whether you're a beginner, an experienced lifter facing a plateau, a new mom seeking postpartum support, or navigating challenges related to PCOS and anxiety, we’ve got you covered.

I have been working out with Montana for a little over a year now. I initially started because I was training for a backpacking hike and wanted to get stronger. But that trip has come and gone and I’m still here! The results I’ve seen are incredible. This is coming from a 36 year old woman who the last time she worked out was in college. I absolutely hated it. I was the type of person to do fad diets to lose numbers on the scale before a trip or an event. Montana V
Montana is a seasoned, certified personal trainer who is deeply passionate about transforming lives and empowering her clients to look and feel their best. With a background in the corporate world, she understands firsthand the critical role movement plays in our daily lives. After experiencing the limitations of a sedentary lifestyle, Montana became acutely aware of the vital connection between overall health, mobility, and happiness.
Based in the vibrant city of Austin, Texas, Montana owns and operates an in-person personal training business that offers hands-on coaching tailored specifically for women of all shapes and sizes, including expectant and new mothers, as well as those recovering from injuries.
Outside of her business, Montana enjoys a rich social life filled with friends and family, attending concerts, taking long walks with her adorable puppy, Hendrix, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
Specializing in resistance and functional training, Montana has a knack for helping clients shape their bodies to reflect their best selves. She is committed to guiding her clients in developing healthy habits that extend far beyond their initial transformations, enabling them to truly embrace a sustainable, healthy lifestyle. With her diverse experience working with clients from various backgrounds and with different goals, Montana excels at customizing programs to meet individual needs. Her ultimate aim is to help clients build strength and confidence, empowering them to live their highest quality of life.

Kayla Q
Kayla is a dedicated personal trainer with a diverse background. She spent five transformative years in the Air Force, where she worked in cybersecurity. During her service, she took on the role of Physical Training Leader, discovering her passion for personal training and igniting a desire to help others achieve their fitness goals.
Kayla specializes in women-specific conditions, including pre/post-pregnancy fitness, PCOS, menopause, and more. Having competed in bodybuilding shows and struggled with imbalanced hormones and weight fluctuations herself, she understands the significant impact this can have on one’s life. She is passionate about helping others overcome these challenges and find balance.
Currently, Kayla resides in beautiful Alaska with her beloved staffy mix, Ren. In her free time, she loves to travel, salsa dance, ski, play pickleball, and enjoys exploring new restaurants. When she needs to recharge her social battery, she enjoys cozying up at home with a good book.
As an empath Kayla believes her perspective allows her to connect deeply with her clients. She strives to create a supportive and understanding environment, helping individuals navigate their fitness journeys with compassion and expertise.
